Project Management Professional: Ricardo Warfield


Ricardo Warfield knows that management skills are important in business. Without the ability to manage people and projects, quality of work slips. Wanting a successful career in business, Ricardo Warfield earned his Project Management Professional certificate in 2007.

The certificate to be a Project Management Professional comes from the Project Management Institute. The professional title is recognized globally and makes Ricardo Warfield a highly sought business professional. By earning the certificate, Ricardo Warfield successfully demonstrated the possession of experience, education, and competency. 

Ricardo Warfield's certification as a Project Management Professional helps him stand out to employers. To even be eligible for the certification, Ricardo Warfield had to already have field experience. The eligibility of the certificate requires five years of experience or a bachelor's degree. Ricardo Warfield possessed both by the time he earned the certificate. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Strayer University.

Ricardo Warfield had to take the exam qualifying him as a certified Project Management Professional. The certification also requires continuing education. Ricardo Warfield must maintain the certificate within a three-year cycle. However, the benefits of doing so outweigh the work required to do so.

Ricardo Warfield is truly a business professional. He has held multiple directors positions including a senior director position. Ricardo Warfield has even founded his own web-based business. Created in 2009, Ricardo Warfield created his business to mentor and coach others in accomplishing their personal and professional goals. This is accomplished through social networking and products and services recommendations tailored to the customer's individual goals.
